Our Approach
Our valuation engine uses EBITDA-based multiples in the 6-10x range, consistent with actual construction services M&A transactions reported by Capstone Partners. We apply 11 adjustment functions specific to the roofing industry, including revenue mix analysis (re-roofing vs. new construction vs. storm restoration), crew retention metrics, maintenance contract revenue, technology adoption, and owner dependency scoring.
Every data point in our system is grounded in publicly available M&A transaction data, BLS employment statistics (NAICS 238160), and industry benchmarks from sources like IBIS World, Roofing Contractor Magazine, and PE firm disclosures.
