By accessing and using Exit Lab Roofing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Exit Lab Roofing provides educational tools and resources for roofing business owners, including business valuation estimates, market data, reports, and educational content. Our services are informational in nature and do not constitute professional appraisal, financial, legal, or tax advice.

Valuation Disclaimer

The valuations provided by our scanner and reports are estimates based on industry data and the information you provide. They are not formal business appraisals and should not be relied upon as such. Actual business values may differ significantly from our estimates. We recommend engaging a qualified business appraiser or M&A advisor for formal valuation purposes.

Purchases and Refunds

All purchases of reports and services are processed through Stripe. Digital products (Quick Wins Report, Deep Dive Report) are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once delivered. Strategy Session deposits are refundable if cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled session.

Intellectual Property

All content, tools, reports, and materials on Exit Lab Roofing are the intellectual property of Second Chair Advisory LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

User Content

By submitting business information through our scanner and forms, you grant us permission to use this data to provide our services, generate reports, and improve our tools. We will not share your individual business data publicly.

Limitation of Liability

Exit Lab Roofing and Second Chair Advisory LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on our valuation estimates.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
